Custom orders
Made-to-measure work begins after measurements are confirmed and cannot be cancelled once fabric is cut. Two free alterations are included.
Rentals
Rental costumes are booked by date range, dispatched three days ahead, and must be returned within three days of the performance. A refundable deposit applies.
Payments and shipping
Orders are confirmed once a QR or bank-transfer payment screenshot is verified by our team. Worldwide shipping timelines are shared at confirmation.
